2. Place your order:

  • Once you’ve selected the pieces you’d like to buy from us, get in touch with us. This can be done via our instant form, email or phone. You can also send us a message via social media.
  • Write to us about the piece you’d like to buy, citing its number, link and other details.
  • Once we receive your mail, our team members will confirm about the availability of the piece, final costing, shipping details and other information.

3. Buy from us:

  • If you’re happy with the prices and details listed, then the order can be confirmed. Do remember that there are no discounts offered at the site, and all prices are fair and fixed. However, we do conduct a clearance sale every year, and you can look at discounts during that time.
  • Once the price and product are agreed upon, the customer would then require to make the payment into the Riviera bank account. There are various options for making a payment, and you can discuss these with the team.
  • Once the payment is received, the item would be shipped to you, and you will get it in a few days time.
  • In case you are not satisfied with the product for any reason, you can send it back to us. Your money will be refunded in full (minus the transportation charges). You can also order a replacement if you wish.
